| Description |
The Direct HLA Crossmatch T Cell Isolation Kit can be used to isolate highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood, spleen, or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit targets antibodies that recognize specific surface markers to remove non-T cells. The desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry cross-matching. |
