| Description |
This kit isolates unexposed, highly purified B-CLL cells directly from human whole blood by complete immunomagnetic negative selection. The cocktail in this kit does not contain antibodies against CD43, which may be expressed on malignant cells in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) samples. The desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and can be immediately used for downstream applications such as nucleic acid extraction, flow cytometry, or culture. |
