| Description |
This kit is designed to isolate naive B cells directly from human whole blood. The isolated cells are not labeled with antibodies or particles and are subjected to minimal manipulation. This kit targets non-naive B cells and removes them with antibodies that recognize specific surface markers. Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and Magnetic Particle Suspensions and separated using magnets. Needed cells are simply collected into a new tube and can be immediately used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. |
