| Description |
The Direct Human NK Cell Isolation Kit is used to isolate NK cells from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The direct procedure involves labeling red blood cells, platelets and unwanted cells in human whole blood with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. By using a magnet, the magnetically labeled erythrocytes, platelets and cells are separated from the untouched desired cells and the desired cells are simply poured or transferred into a new test tube. |
