| Description |
The Direct Human PBMC Isolation Kit is designed to isolate highly purified peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from fresh whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, cord blood, or leukemia products by negative selection. Red blood cells (RBCs), platelets, and unwanted cells are targeted for removal with antibody complexes and magnetic particles and separated using magnets. Untouched PBMCs are simply collected into a new tube and can be immediately used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. |
