| Description |
The Discover-sc Single Cell WGA Kit uses an isothermal amplification system based on multiplexed strand displacement amplification (MDA), enabled by the targeted evolutionary modification of Phi29 DNA polymerase, which provides higher amplification efficiency and amplification homogeneity, enabling rapid and indiscriminate amplification of whole genomes from 1-1000 cells or microsamples within 2 h. The N603 amplifies single cell genomes with more than 95% coverage and amplification products ranging from 2 - 100 kb in size with an average product length greater than 20 kb, which is widely used in preimplantation chromosome testing (PGS/PGD), tumor cells, stem cells, macrogenomics and other research fields. All enzymes and buffers are subjected to strict quality control and functional validation, and the optimized experimental system enhances amplification uniformity, stability and reproducibility to a large extent. |
