| Description |
The Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit is designed for the isolation of CD14+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by positive selection. A quaternary antibody complex recognizing CD14 and magnetic particles coated with dextran is used to target the desired cells. Commercially available columns and magnets were used for the isolation of labeled cells. CD14 antigen is strongly expressed on monocytes, weakly on granulocytes, and it is also expressed on most tissue macrophages. |
