| Description |
CD15 antigen is widely recognized to be expressed on monocytes and granulocytes. The Human CD15 Positive Selection Kit is designed for the isolation of CD15+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or other nucleated cell suspensions by positive selection. The desired cells are targeted with an antibody complex recognizing CD15 and magnetic particles coated with dextran. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. Cells of interest are left in the tubes, while unwanted cells are poured off. |
