| Description |
The Human Resting CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate resting CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukemia samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The procedure includes labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. Magnetically labeled cells are separated from untouched desired cells by using a magnet and simply pouring or transferring the desired cells into a new tube. |
