MiPure Cell/Tissue miRNA Kit is a miRNA extraction and isolation kit developed based on silica gel column adsorption method, which can effectively extract small fragments of RNA from 20 nt-200 nt in length, including miRNA, siRNA, etc. The efficient lysis solution can easily lyse various animal tissues and cells, reducing the interference of proteins and impurities to the products. The optimized silica gel adsorption packing efficiently removes genomic DNA and large molecule RNA, ensuring high yield and high quality of the products. The kit is suitable for extracting small molecule RNA from <5 x 106 eukaryotic cells, <100 mg animal tissues, and the obtained small molecule RNA can be directly used for microarray analysis, Northern hybridization, RT-PCR, etc. The kit can also be used to extract total RNA, >200 nt of large molecule RNA, to meet different needs of customers. |
