| Description |
The Mouse CD45 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD45 cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes, lungs, or other tissues by positive selection. Antibody complexes recognizing CD45 and magnetic particles coated with dextran are used to target the desired cells. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. Cells of interest were left in the tubes, while unwanted cells were poured off. |
