| Description |
Enrichment of untouched group 2 innate lymphocytes (ILC2s) from mouse lungs by immunomagnetic negative selection. This kit may need to be optimized when using single-cell suspensions from other tissue types. This kit targets non-ILC2s and is cleared with biotinylated antibodies that recognize specific cell surface markers. Unwanted cells are labeled with biotinylated antibodies and magnetic particles and are mixed with other cells. Cells are labeled with biotinylated antibodies and magnetic particles and separated using EasySep™ magnets without the need for columns. The desired cells are simply poured into a new test tube. Enriched ILC2s are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry or cell sorting. |
