| Description |
The Mouse Neutrophil Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate neutrophils from single-cell suspensions of bone marrow or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies directed against non-neutrophils. The labeled cells are then recognized by a quaternary antibody complex against biotin and dextran. These cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. |
