| Description |
The Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate T cells from single-cell suspensions of spleen cells or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are removed with biotinylated antibodies against non-T cells and magnetic particles coated with streptavidin. Labeled cells are separated with a magnet without the use of a column. The desired cells are poured into a new test tube. |
