| Description |
The Non-Human Primate CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells from fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells by immunomagnetic negative selection. The procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from untouched desired cells by using a magnet and simply pouring or transferring the desired cells into a new test tube. The kit has been validated for use in rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. |
