The Rat B Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate B cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes or from whole blood by negative selection. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from untouched needed cells by using a magnet and simply pouring or transferring the needed cells into a new tube. |
